Nicole is also an advocate for the Millennial generation where she has researched the millennial culture, proposing the question of whether the Millennial generation can be embraced and re-engaged back into the church. This can be done through the interwoven lens of many generations and how their relationship is formed within the Millennial Culture. As a Behavioral Health Case Manager, she has the vision to empower people with the resources and skills that are needed to cope with the realities of life. But above all, she is a god-fearing woman and an advocate for youth and young adults, self-care, mental health, and money management.

Jeremiah 29: 11 which states, “For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord plans to prosper you and not to harm, plans to give you hope and a future.” Which is where she began to embrace the P3 theme: Passion, Purpose, and Power. Encouraging people to always embrace the purpose that God has set before with passion and the power that's within.
